Forgot password

Reset a password in the Helmsay desktop app. The app emails a 6-digit code that works for 15 minutes. This page does not ask for a password.

1. Open Helmsay on Windows and choose Forgot password.
2. Enter the account email and ask for a code.
3. Enter the 6-digit code and a new password.

If the code does not arrive, email support@helmsay.com.
