Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Version 2026-10-14
DRAFT - pending attorney review This policy describes consumer health data that Helmsay keeps on your PC. It is a draft for attorney review. It is not legal advice and it is not in effect until an attorney has reviewed it. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL]. The public address is support@helmsay.com. The company expects to be a Washington limited liability company. 1. What stays on your PC Face photos, face templates, voice recordings, voiceprints, body measurements, skin information, disability information, and sleep data stay on your Windows PC. Helmsay does not send them to Helmsay's servers and does not put them in analytics. Analytics, when you opt in, are coarse feature counters. They do not include those categories. 2. Washington My Health My Data Act Helmsay is an avatar tool. Some of the data above can be consumer health data under the Washington My Health My Data Act, including biometric identifiers such as a face photo or a voiceprint. This policy is the consumer health data privacy policy for that data. Helmsay does not collect it on the server, does not sell it, does not share it, and does not use it to identify a health condition. 3. Your choices You can delete local projects, photos, voice files, and logs on your computer without asking Helmsay. Email [CONTACT EMAIL] from the address on your account if you want the account data Helmsay does hold deleted or exported. That account data is the profile, acceptance history, and billing identifiers. It is not a face photo, a voiceprint, skin data, disability data, or sleep data. 4. Changes If this policy's version changes, the new text is published on this page. It is not a sign-up checkbox. The sign-up checkboxes stay the terms, the privacy policy, the acceptable use policy, and the content-rights statement.
