Run the setup
Installs for your Windows account, so no administrator prompt. Adds a Start menu entry.

Let Helmsay check your PC
The PC check shows which tools can run locally and what is missing.

Open the sample avatar
Try the preview, a tweak, and an expression without an API key. Then start in Basic mode.

To uninstall, open Windows Settings, then Apps.

Verify Optional

Check that the file is ours.

Models and licenses

Ask Helmsay can download Qwen3-4B, an Apache 2.0 language model, about 2.3 GB, and answer on your PC.

TRELLIS is restricted. Its setup pulls non-commercial parts (nvdiffrast and diffoctreerast).

Hunyuan3D stays off unless you turn it on. Its license does not cover the EU, the UK, or South Korea, including use of the output there. VRChat can show an avatar worldwide.
