Content notices

The desktop app shows these reminders when you import photos or video, and when a description names a well-known character. They are friendly heads-ups, not legal advice.

Photos, video, and likeness

Use photos and videos you own or have permission to use. Do not use a real person's face or likeness unless that person agreed.

Protected characters

Copying a protected character, their name, or a signature look can cause copyright trouble. Helmsay checks well-known names on this PC. It does not compare your avatar to anyone else's.

18+

18+ content is off for now.

The rules live in Acceptable use. A copyright report follows the DMCA policy: the gallery post is hidden, and the owner can send a counter-notice.
